Flooding Puzzle update 1.0.4

I have just uploaded a performance improve version to android market.

I improve it by reducing the number of views and lock buttons while the main view is drawing.

Hope all players have a better experience in this update.

2 enhancements

I plan to do 2 enhancement for "Flooding Puzzle":
1 reduce the CPU loading
2 add "HELL MODE"

Android Market apk update

Just found the reason why my update won't show in android market.

Developers should wait at least 8 days for android market showing their updates in "Just In" channel. Because these was too much spam update. There is no free lunch.

I should add a tutorial function to "Flooding Puzzle", as lots of players don't know how to play and don't visit "how to play".

Flooding Puzzle how to play

The game can be simplified into 2 rules:
1 Flood to adjacent number blocks by pressing number buttons.
2 Try flood to all blocks within the limited steps.

Flooding Puzzle is easy to learn but difficult to master!

I have finish my first android game finally. I have now renamed it to "Flooding Puzzle". Hope someone will download from market.

I have paid USD25 to register an android market account. I will finish number puzzle tonight and upload my first version tomorrow.

New features

Level:
difficulty will be increased when level up.

save/load:
the maximum level will be recorded automatically.

history:
for each level, record the clear time, steps and win/lose ratio

customize:
player can customize a game with the number of number and scales.

hope can finish them all within a week

Gameplay

I have forgotten to tell you how to play.

There are 2 kinds of blocks:
Alive: White background with dark number
Dead: Grey background with grey number

There are 2 type of results:
Win: Kill all "Alive" blocks with limited steps.
Lose: Exceed the limited steps.

How to play:
Clicking the number buttons at the bottom will turn all "Alive" blocks next to "Dead" blocks with the button's number to "Dead".

First Prototype

This is the first prototype. I have not confirm the game name yet. I temporarily call it num maze.

The game is simple. Click the number buttons at the bottom to turn all blocks grey.

My First Android Game

To know Android more, the best method is to develop an android application. It is cool to share my own game with friends.

Num puzzle is not a creative design, but a small modification from a puzzle game I found in Android market. So it won't too difficult for me and I think it will make the game more fun.

I will keep uploading the prototype and my development progress here. Hope I can finish it within a month.
